RT9818 是用于微处理器( MCU )和数字系统供电监控的微功耗电压检测器，拥有在 1.2V~5V 范围内的、以 0.1V 为间距的固定电压检测阈值，可满足绝大多数数字系统的需求。RT9818 的电流消耗仅为 3μA，它通过在电源电压 VDD 低于其电压检测阈值时输出复位信号来完成电压监控功能。在 VDD 低于电压检测阈值期间，复位信号将持续有效，并在 VDD 上升超过电压检测阈值之后持续并延迟预定的时间之后释放。RT9818 可以 SC-82、SC-70-3、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5和 SOT-89 等封装形式供货。
